hello, i would like too know why my bill price for my next payment on the 21st of february will be £50.23 when i have recently changed my plan and should only cost me £33.99 a month?

Probably due to the billing period, for the £50.23 bill, being more than one month, ​@Demi Beach

This can sometimes happen when you change/upgrade the plan for your iD account.

Have you looked at the billing period for your £50.23 bill yet, ​@Demi Beach?

Is your ‘new’ plan £33.99 or £30.99 per month?
