Why is my bill £68  when I pay £19.99 a month I paid December's

If you view the actual bill, via the app or online account → Bills → View previous bills → look at the latest one, does it show on there why the price has gone up. Is this bill include out of plan charges or an order being placed (even if you have not ordered/upgraded yourself)?

Do not post any personal details if you were thinking of showing the content of your bill.

We are sorry to hear your bill is higher than expected. 

Can you view your statement and confirm if there are any additional usage charges applied? 

 

Also, making changes to your payment schedule can cause a bill amount to be higher than normal. Have you made any adjustments recently?

Have you used any out of contract charges such as roaming abroad, MMS messages etc at all?
