I have been billed an extra £5 for 1G of data I didn't ask for or need

What data plan are you on please?

 

If you were charged an extra £5.00, then that means the data was used and therefore charged for. If you’d like to stop this happening, please ensure to look out for when all your data has been used in your plan (we’d text you when you’ve used both 80% and 100% of your data in your plan) and ensure not to go over, or please change your bill cap to £0.00 to stop any additional charges going through.
