I have just received my first bill since switching to ID and I have noticed that the bill is for a period starting on 27/5 but the switch didn’t happen until 2/6. Can someone explain as I am confused?

Hi
Your contract wouldn’t begin when your number is ported over. Your contract begins when it is purchased, and you are provided with a temporary iD number.
