Billed old plan amount?

Hi there,

I upgraded my plan last month (starting on 01/10/24) from a £16 per month to a £10 per month with 3 months free. I got my email about this month’s payment however it’s still under as £16.  I did receive some credit on last month’s bill but I just want to check if it is correct and the amount will change next month?
