Billed twice for January

As you can see from below screenshot, I’ve been billed x2 in the month of Jan this year.

Now I’m being chased for the month of Feb and being threatened with service disruption. 

Frustrating thing is no one to speak to, to straighten this out.

Can anybody @ ID-Mobile take a look and sort this out please?

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@MRC 

The advisers work until 9pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​

In the event of a direct debit being returned to us as unpaid, the app may still show a successful payment has been taken. 

Can you please check your bank statement to see if the payment are showing as leaving your account?
