Why did id mobile take 2 payments out of my bank last month, £12.99 came out on the 7th July then later that month Id mobile tuk the monthly bill.

Also my bill was only supposed to be £28.99 a month but they are taking £31.99,
Update id mobile say the never taken the £12 out of my bank, I contacted my bank and the bank has returned the money
