billing amount


Hi al

So when i log into the app and go to billing it shows a current balance of £94. My current plan has unlimited everything for £41 per month. However when i call 777 to check my ballance it's telling me that it is at minus £10. I usually pay my bill through the app on the 15th of every month. So I don't understand what this £94 worth of charges are for or why this is being displayed. Problem is that the app is going to assume that this is the amount of money that I want to pay. How am I to pay my phone bill when I can't see an actual proper ballance to pay.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Mattwarner1981.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
