Hi, my contract ends on 19th Oct but I am porting to another provider on the 21st.  I want to know how much I will be billed for these two additional days?  Thanks.

Hi @Tugbeer

You may get an email about a full bill, however if you’re out of your contracted period and leave during that billing cycle, you won’t actually be charged for the full bill.

My best advise is to find your monthly payment amount, divide it by 30, then times that by how many days you’re spending on the plan.

For example, if I pay £34 a month and am going to leave 5 days into my billing period;

£34 ÷ 30 = £1.13r

£1.13r x 5 = £5.66r

Either way, if you keep your direct debit open and leave iD Mobile, we’ll only be charging for what’s owed and anything overcharged can be refunded.
