i can’t understand my recent billing history. It’s like money is going missing.
every month of so, my direct debit is cancelled… so I pay £16 to add the direct debit again. This often asks me to pay again before I can finally add the direct debit. The frequency of the direct debit taking it out every month when I’ve already paid twice in one month is frustrating. It should credit my account and take payment on the next month.
