Billing Issue and services cut off

I am up to date with my payments but have just been onto my account as all my signal has gone and it says I have an outstanding balance to be paid by 01/08/2025.

Why has this happened? My bill is normally paid on 1st of the month but now this. I'm not double paying when everything has been fine.

Can someone please contact me to discuss urgently as I need my phone services back on.
