This is more of an issue for my father but he’s not great with technology. He recently took out a second contract (first one was with EE new one is with ID) which is an eSim. He did this due to him working in various places and wanting the best chance at getting a signal for calls. The signal where he is is almost non-existent on the ID sim which he’s had for maybe 4-5 days and he wants to cancel the monthly rolling contract. When he goes to do so it states he has to pay a fee of £11 (his contract is £6/m) and he’s not too sure why this is. Any help is appreciated!
