Please advise why my last bill and my next bill is more than my my account bill of £20.99 last month was £33 and next bill is £23.00

You could try speaking to them via live chat:
Their Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

Or have you looked at your bill for last month to see if this tells you why?
Maybe you went over your allowance?
Via the iD Mobile app → Bills → View previous bills and find the one for last month.
Again maybe the one showing for this month is due to going over a limit?
I wouldn’t advise posting any content of your bill on here as this is a public forum and anybody can see this.
