I have been trying to get in touch with someone for days and this is ridiculous , my mum is disabled and you have billed her £55 when she should be charger £14 I would like to get in contact with a REAL PERSON as soon as possible because she cannot even afford to pay for her essentials when id mobile is stealing her money.

I’d recommend logging into the iD Mobile app to view your recent bills, as it’ll have a breakdown of why additional charges were added to the account.
