Hi I paid my bill and for some reason my service still hasn't been turned on and I need to ring my workers as an urgent call and I can't do this because you service doesn't wanna turn back on forme

@Nathan garbutt -

It can take up to 24 hours for services to resume.

I’d suggest setting up a Direct Debit to prevent this happening in the future.
