I've had a multiple extra payments taken from my bank??  Why is this? And the money should be refunded to me. My phone was actually cut of at one point pretty ridiculously considering the extra payments have been took from me.

With the payments, have these all been made via direct debit or have there been any manual card payments made?

Does your bank statement reflect the payments showing listed on the iD Mobile app?

2 have been manual as ive had a email to say payment was due so I've just went ahead an paid it without checking. As far as i can see my bank is the same as the listing on ID mobile.

Thank you for confirming. 

 

If a direct debit has been active, this will continue until it is cancelled. Paying manually will not cancel that months direct debit payment and will mean the payment is made twice.
