Hey there
To end your contract, you’d need to request a 30-day disconnection via the iD Mobile app/website, or via contacting us, or request a PAC code to transfer your number to another network.
Until you decide to leave us, or upgrade, your contract will continue on the same plan, for the same cost, until you make the changes or request them.
