I pay £7 per month for 25GB of data. The next bill is for £32, can someone explain to me where this amount comes from, since it should be £7 per month?

Out of plan charges. You would need to wait for your itemised bill to see where these charges arose from or try using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @Natan

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hi @Natan

Have you checked the iD Mobile app to see what the extra charges are for? This should show once the bill has been issued.

It sounds like you may have used up a £25 bill cap with premium services.

I have not used any premium services and the invoice does not specify what the fee is for.
