I have had this issue before, last month and the month before and I’m tired of it now I have paid my phone bill services have been taken away and my app states that I have not paid and that my next bill is going to be a lot more than it should be, can anyone help me with this and stop it from happening?

Sorry to hear this, have you paid your bill on time or later?

 

Are you processing manual payments or payment via direct debits?

 

Have you changed your billing date recently?

I have paid my bill I’m going to assume it was late and that’s why this has happened, as it did last month my app says I’ve got a large bill which I cannot pay as I’ve already paid for it but it won’t change on my app.

And it should be set as a direct debit so I’m not sure why it hasn’t gone through as I know I had the money in the account on the day it said it was taken out.

Welcome to the Community!

In order to set up the direct debit the payment would need to be first for any outstanding balance.

Once the payment is made you can set up the direct debit in the app.
