BILLS FROM PHONE NO LONGER OWNED.

I have been asked to pay a bill from a previous phone I no longer have for years and I am now been referred to a debt collector. I still own three phones under iD Mobile which I pay regularly.

Welcome to the Community!

In order for the account to be disconnected you would need to contact us to request the disconnection.

If you didn’t request it the bills would still be due which means that the charges are valid.

You’ll need to pay the outstanding balance and request a disconnection via Live Chat if it isn’t already disconnected.

Hello, Kash. Thank you for your reply.

The last time I paid about £16 and I was made aware that you have already disconnected this tariff which has been inactive for more than three years.

I am now been asked to pay, through a debt collector, the amount of £24 for the same tariff.

I am a long time customer of iD Mobile with three active phones that I am still paying for regularly.

I will pay for this allegedly £24 that I owed but would like to request for the cancellation/disconnection of this tariff.

I would very much appreciate your comment on this matter at your earliest convenience.

I’m still being harassed by the Debt Collector and now the amount has increased from £24 to £32.

As far as I know, all the outstanding balance was paid off when its contract ended.
