I have been put on the wrong contract and can’t find any contact for ID mobile.  After app being down for weeks when trying to upgrade and now it is incorrect.  Customer service is not good at all.  Need someone to contact me asap. 

Unfortunately @Leah Sibbald, iD Mobile don’t provide a telephone support option.

For assistance, it might be best to contact iD customer service using their online Live Chat service. 

The iD Mobile chatbot works 24/7 - just tell the bot you want to “talk to a person” (the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays ).

Some forum members have also said they got help by sending a private message to iD via Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter).
