Can I pay in advance?

Is this a thing or no, cause I got a message saying my bill is in a few days, when I already paid for it.

I haven’t gotten a reply and it’s been two days can I get a reply back @iD Mobile 


Hey @Caleb Davis,

You can pay in advance, yes. it’ll be applied as credit to your account which will pay for future billing cycles. If you have a Direct Debt setup, then you don’t need to do anything, payments will be taken automatically at the correct time.

@Matthew T Thanks for the reply, what happens if I don’t have a direct debit set-up?


In that case @Caleb Davis, you can either set up a Direct Debit (it’s much easier!) - or I’d suggest you double check your iD Mobile app to see if there is any outstanding balances.
