cancel an add on

Whikst on ametica I got a update of data ehich Ibthoight was £10 fir one week but I have been signed into a 12 month contract and want to  cancel this.  I did send an email rhe folowing dau when I realised the error, however not had a reply. Is there anyway I can actually speak or contact anyone regarding this?

Their chat bot is available 24/7, but the actually staff are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

 

I would suggest you start the chat with speak to person and hopefully they can resolve this from there.
