Cancellation fee changes

I am in the process of moving to another network as my contract was coming up for renewal. When I requested what the the final bill would be on the 19th May, it was £42.09. I checked online again this morning and now it's saying it's £72.12. How has it gone up?

Hey there ​@j.chana, thank you for reaching out. It is likely it’s giving you the termination fee, plus any outstanding bills as an estimated termination fee.

 

Do you have any outstanding bills currently? And what date does your contract end please?
