Cancelled account


I cancelled my account a while back and I just received an email saying I owe money. Logged into my account and its showing I have 2 payments due???  I had this account for over 2 years but the lack of signal on my phone forced me to change. Can you tell me why I am being billed for this when it has been cancelled.

As per ​@andewhite post above, either the account wasn’t closed or the final bill wasn’t paid. I recommend you chat with a live chat agent because this requires account access, which we don’t have.
