I have just upgraded my phone and gone on a new plan. I have just tried to make a phone call but it says I am capped. I need to make a payment but it comes out monthly on the 3rd of every month. What do I need to do as cannot ring anyone even though I am unlimited calls?

Have you tried restarting the handset and network settings?
On some rare occasions whilst the upgrade is processing it may not limit your service for a few minutes.
