CANNOT DOWNLOAD LATEST BILL - URGENT

I cannot download my latest bill. This has been happening every month. I've tried online using various browsers and on the app. Previous month's can be downloaded but not the current bill. I need to download this URGENTLY, so please fix this ASAP, email me the latest bill as an attachment, and ensure it doesn't happen again. It is a regular monthly issue with the most recent bill and needs to be resolved once and for all.
