canr set up direct debit after clearing bill

Good afternoon 

 

Im trying to set up my direct debit again I have cleared rhe oystanding balance that the direct debit failed on but I cant set up a new direct debit can soneone help with this

Sorry to hear this, I’d recommend double checking your iD Mobile app to ensure that your direct debit information is all correct, as well as your name and full address matches what you have with your bank.

 

Please ensure to use the address search feature in the app instead of inputting it manually.
