cash back offer not paid on monthly bills

Our contracts (2) are pay monthly and get half cost back after 7months. We have sent the needed info to the address by registered post and know it arrived. We are due to send our next lot of bills. We have not had any money back from the first lot of bills. What do we do. There are no contact details except the address.

Which retailer did you purchase them from?

Its a sim only 2y contract with half the monthly fee reclaimable every few months direct from id. Full instructions to claim followed but no refund given for first 7 months for either of us. Sent required bills by recorded delivery to them. Know they were received. They also say you can submit them via the app in the instructions.. you cant. Thanks for any help

No it was only with i d mobile i believe.
