change of direct debit failure

I am trying to update my direct debit details for my contract but i keep getting an “something went wrong message” (same in the app and online) having searched on here i see there is a phone number given to call but it is the vulnerable customer number. is there a way for a non vulnerable customer to get customer support?

Have you tried updating your address using the address search box in the app before updating your direct debit details?
