My monthly payment of £15 went out today to id mobile for unlimited data for a month.
Since I'm going away, I switched to the £6/month 4gb package.
I expected, since I already paid the £15 that I'd have a month ahead of unlimited and then the following month it would drop to 4gb. This flexibility is why I signed up with ID mobile.
But it seems I've been switched to the 4gb package immediately and that data is used up already. What happened to my month of unlimited I just paid for?
Getting to talk to anyone to sort it out seems impossible so I think I'll just have to find a new provider. Support from this company is non existent.
