For the last 10 years I have had an ID mobile account where my son is the user of the phone. As he is now 20, I want to keep the account but would like it in his name and with his bank details.
how do I do this? I would rather not close account, but will do if need be.

I’m afraid we do not allow for direct change of ownership for existing contracts. To transfer a number from one iD Mobile account to another, you'll need to port the number to a different network provider and then port it back to the new iD Mobile account.
