changing account holder name and bank details

For the last 10 years I have had an ID mobile account where my son is the user of the phone.  As he is now 20, I want to keep the account but would like it in his name and with his bank details.

 

how do I do this?  I would rather not close account, but will do if need be.

Thank you for getting in touch.

I am afraid we are not able to transfer ownership of accounts. 

If your son wishes to have an account, he will need to place an order as a new customer and the current account would then need to be cancelled.
