Charge to Bill / Mobile Deposit query

I am looking a simple answer. Having already spoken to live chat and being informed it would be passed to technical, I have done some research and now have a question.

 

Is 'charge to bill'/'mobile deposit to site' etc available on ID Mobile? 

 

After looking into it myself it appears as though any site, game or app I try to use this on it fails, giving various errors relating to operator system or mobile provider. I am assuming this is because they all try to charge it to 3/Three rather than ID.

    Sorry for delayed reply, kept getting 500 error when trying to access ID community. I'd already managed to find that out via another source.
