Charged £837.28 out of nowhere??


I paid my monthly charge but a few days after I’m now being charged £837.28? I should mention that I don’t use the sim card given by ID Mobile I still use my own one from my previous phone (this is the first time I’ve paid for my own phone) and my contact is 24 months. I’m just a bit confused… Am i doing something wrong or dumb?

It sounds like you’re being charged the full term of your contract, have you requested a cancellation?

No, I can’t even think of a reason why that would happen unless it was a mistake on their end. x
