charged extra, not sure why

Last month bill at normal, next month showing as normal but may has come out at 50% extra with nothing to explain why, no extra charges on the bill. It's showing as the recurring charge.

Aye that could be it. I switched my payment date I believe.

If you’ve changed your payment this is very likely the answer, as we’ll be moving the date, one time your bill will be for a longer period so that we can make that adjustment.
