Charged for Rest of the World Roaming in Norfolk

I have been charged £2.95 for Rest of the World Roaming while I was on the Norfolk Coast

Sounds like your phone and iD account have roaming enabled, and you were unlucky enough to get reception from one of the vessels heading to/from Hull, ​@fglynn28.

The shipping lanes to/from Hull appear close to parts of the Norfolk coast. 

Just set your iD account bill cap to £0 to avoid any out-of-plan charges.
