The number you are enquiring about is a ‘non-standard’ 07 number and hence is charged at 40p/min.

In your case, it is labelled as a ‘FM10 Mobile’.
I can’t explain what is meant by this code in the ‘BT Wholesale Category’ column as they’re not explained anywhere on the iD Mobile website.
Definitely an oversight by iD and would be a great help to explain them.

I am waiting for a private message back from iD, but yes, they do need to explain as was on the line for 25 minutes.

Also, the number was my contact in Octopus energy.to do with ordering a heat pump. Naughty!

I didn’t know Octopus had that contact number🤔 (as I am also with them).
The only one that I know of is 0808 164 1088 for their Customer Service. 
And calling 0808 numbers from an iD Mobile phone is free, just like calls to 0800 numbers. 

Where did you get the ‘07893 950***’ number from? I don’t think they would have a ‘non-standard’ contact number so please be careful as this appears to be a scam contact number.

It’s not a scam, it’s the number the sales guy called me on, and as I missed the call I rang back.

Everything above board, and showing on my Octopus account, and installation booked, just had no idea of

the cost of calling it!
