charges


A charge has been taken on 22nd April, but I don't know why.

Please can you advise.

Hi ​@Bluevigs 

You can either wait and download your next bill to see what the charge was for (as all charges are detailed in your bill) or speak to an agent on Live Chat.

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box so that you don’t go round in circles with the chatbot.
Also, make sure you have time put aside to do this as the agents connect to several chats at any one time and so you may have to wait for the chat to connect and get replies.
