Hello 

I have changed my data plan which is £12 months 100GB data and unlimited calls and messages, but why am I still paying my old bills?why am I still paying £68 for no reason

Hey there ​@Jinal Tandel, did you do a plan change or upgrade via your iD Mobile account when logged in, or did you order a completely new, separate plan please?
