Clearscore says my account is in arrears - account is up to date

I've had a ClearScore credit score update to say my account is in arrears. I've checked all three accounts I have with ID mobile and they're all paid. 

And of course the chat function isn't working tonight and I can't find a link to make a complaint. 

Help.

Then use a phone and give them a call or write them a letter. iD Mobile has up to eight weeks to respond to your complaint, so waiting until tomorrow to phone them up and log your complaint isn’t really that much of an inconvenience.

It is what it is. Those are your options. Just be aware that once you log an official complaint, none of the iD Mobile customer support agents will deal with any queries regarding the subject of your complaint.
