I already paid my bill why you asked me to pay again?

Hey there ​@Mehran Ghanavat, if you’ve already made your payment successfully, we wouldn’t ask for it again. We’d only ask for a payment again if the payment bounced/failed.

 

Or, you if you’re looking on the app, you may be looking at your next bill that’s owed coming up.

 

If two payments for this month’s bill have officially left your bank and not pending, please do let us know so we can investigate further.
