Hi, my bill date is in few days but it has stopper my contract until the bill is paid which it will be paid in few days why?

Hi @Letitia19, are you able to explain this a little further if you’re still experiencing an issue with your bill?

Were services restricted on your account despite the payment date being later on in the month?
