Hi, I just got an ID contract and in one of the first emails I got they said my first bill will be on October 15th but in the ID app it says it will be on or around November 13th. Which one would it be please?

Your first bill is always issued immediately after joining and due for payment 2 weeks later, then monthly from that point.
