Nope, that’s not possible at iD Mobile, @Jo Bray.

The iD Mobile way means there is only online customer help & support for customers - that’s it.

@Jo Bray I would suggest contacting via Facebook Messenger. ID mobile only use online help and support so they don't really have a number you can call but I have found that Facebook Messenger is a really good way to get intouch with someone quickly and they will help to sort your issue out.
