I'm on ESA and don't get much left to pay for my contract I only had enough to pay £19.99 a month but for some reason it's gone up to above £24 a month out of the blue.

    My finial bill of my contract should’ve been in July but for some reason I’m still getting charged my full amount? Please call my number to explain

    @Charlie Wiseman - Unfortunately not. Contracts don’t end when the term is up, you can either Upgrade, switch to another plan, or cancel, but that has to be done by yourself. Thanks.
