Hi,

I think I have paid more than I should have on my mobile contract. Please could you look into this for me? I am also unsure if my mobile contract is up, if you could also look into this please?

Welcome to the Community!

If you have the iD Mobile app you can check the end date of your contract. Please go to Plan>Contracts details and you’ll see the start date and the term.

You should also receive an email/SMS advising that you are near the end of your contract.
