Hi there,

 

I am thinking about leaving as I am not currently happy with the amount of data I am receiving in my contract.

 

what can we do to solve this?

Hi there ​@winglis98, sorry to hear that. The amount of data you receive would’ve been on the contract agreement when you first joined us. Do you know if you’re currently eligible for an upgrade, or do you know when your contract ends?

 

Also, what length contract are you currently on?
