Hi

 

Can someone explain why existing customers are being charged more for a plan? Please see screenshots, this definitely puts you off staying with ID.

Aren’t existing customers choosing to pay more, staying with iD instead of switching to another service provider?

Seems the UK mobile operators selling handset contracts set higher prices for existing customers - perhaps best way to respond is switching provider soonest, @Kellie Bullivant.
