Hi my coverage is shocking I cannot make a call without it dropping out. I would like to cancel my contract.

Hi @Heathbenntt 

If you're at home on WiFi, or connected to Wifi whilst out (obviously not possible everywhere) ... have you tried putting your phone into Airplane Mode ... then turning your Wifi back on (if it was switched off).

After a few moments you should be able to see iD WiFi calling has been enabled for near perfect reception. Not useful in all situations, but I use it when the signal has drifted to near-useless at home.
